Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of this website and the basic rules for working with me. They are not the full contract for a project — every project gets its own written agreement with scope, schedule and price.

1. Who you are dealing with

2. Using this site

You may browse, link to and share the site freely. You may not scrape it at scale, copy it wholesale, or use it to send unsolicited bulk messages. Content is provided as-is: portfolio pieces, prices and availability are indicative and can change.

3. Quotes and prices

Prices shown on the site are starting points in EUR, before VAT, and apply to the described scope only. A binding price is the one written in a quote or contract, valid for 30 days from issue unless stated otherwise. Anything outside the agreed scope is quoted separately.

4. Working together (projects)

• Scope — agreed in writing before work starts, including deliverable formats, number of revisions and deadlines.
• Deposit — 50% on booking unless the contract says otherwise; the remainder on delivery.
• Revisions — each package includes a set number of revision rounds stated in the contract. Further rounds are billed at the hourly rate in the contract.
• Client materials — you confirm you have the rights to any footage, logos, music or text you send me.
• Timelines — delivery dates depend on timely feedback and material from you. Delays caused by pending input shift the deadline accordingly.

5. Intellectual property

• Delivered work — full usage rights for the agreed purpose and territory transfer to you after final payment, as specified in the contract.
• Source files — raw footage, project files and layered sources remain mine unless the contract says they are included; they can be licensed separately.
• Portfolio rights — I may show the finished work in my portfolio and social channels unless we agree a written embargo or NDA.
• Third-party assets — stock footage, fonts and music are licensed to you under their own terms; I will tell you which ones a production uses.

6. Cancellation

If you cancel after work has started, you pay for the work completed plus any non-refundable third-party costs already incurred (venue, equipment, licences, subcontractors). If I cannot deliver for reasons within my control, you get a pro-rata refund of the unpaid portion.

7. Liability

I deliver professional work but I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses (for example lost revenue, lost bookings or lost reputation). My total liability for any project is limited to the amount you paid me for that project. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Greek or EU law.

8. Website code and third-party services

Websites I build may rely on third-party services (hosting, booking systems, form relays, map providers). I select them carefully but their uptime, pricing and continuity are outside my control. Support terms after launch are set out in each project contract.

9. Law and jurisdiction

Greek law applies. Disputes go to the competent courts of Thessaloniki, Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection law gives you a different forum.

10. Changes

I can update these terms; the version shown when you use the site is the valid one. Changes never apply retroactively to a signed project contract.
